Strict Manufacturing Standards
The company meets or exceeds all current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements for food manufacturers. At every step in the process from the testing and quarantine of raw materials to the scanning and bar coding of tablet, capsule, and softgel batches – quality control inspectors analyze certification and document production to ensure specifications are met, rejecting inputs and outputs that fail. Testing equipment includes the state-of-the-art Fourier Transform-Near Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-NIR) device, which performs a quantitative analysis and identity check of incoming raw materials.
